the in-room safe was not initially working. it took a couple of hours and a maintenance visit to resolve the issue. this caused a slight delay in getting settled.

The room upgrade was a pleasant surprise. The room featured a balcony overlooking the city. The bathtub was central in the room, which I found interesting. The staff demonstrated accommodation and welcomed me on arrival.

The mosque is located next door. Its early morning prayer calls can be loud.

The spa was completely empty when I visited at 6 PM on a Friday. The jacuzzi was very hot and the sauna was also great. The hotel staff was accommodating and cute upon my arrival and throughout my stay (I really appreciated their help).
